Chef Brian E. Alleyne
From engineering to entrees, Simply Irresistible Cuisine is owned and operated by Boston native Chef Brian Alleyne. Brian's journey to the world of culinary arts was anything but traditional. He initially attended Wentworth Institute of Technology to pursue his degree in computer engineering, but years later discovered he wanted to express his creativity through farm fresh ingredients and not data farms.
Drawing on cooking experiences from professional chefs, restaurateurs, and West Indian influences from family members, Brian began hosting small dinner parties. Dinners turned into catering events, and his career blossomed. The culmination of which is
